Terms of Service Using the Apilos platform
These terms outline how you can use the Apilos Creative Engine, what you can expect from the product and how we handle your account and content.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Apilos, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and any updates we may publish in the future.
2. Use of the platform
You may use Apilos to generate brands, content and pitch decks for yourself or your clients. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Ownership of outputs
Unless otherwise stated in your plan, you own the creative outputs generated from your prompts, while Apilos retains ownership of the underlying technology and models used to create them.
4. Fair use & restrictions
You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to generate content that is illegal, hateful or violates the rights of others.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Apilos if we detect abuse, violation of these terms or activities that put the platform or other users at risk.
